Changes concerning information on our website
Dates of the current offers, prices and availability of goods on the website may be changed without notice. We work hard to show only the available articles and to restock regularly. However, it may happen that some products may be unavailable at the time of purchase, if that is the case, please feel free to contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of our prices. However, we reserve the right to revise any inaccurate pricing before submitting your invoice. If you disagree with the price change, we will immediately cancel your purchase.
Orders are shipped by Canada Post and delivered anywhere in Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using Canada Post’s online tracking tool. Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days in Canada.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days after delivery. There are no returns on final sale items. All tags must still be attached to the product in order to receive a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have damaged or removed tags. We reserve the right to refuse any returns of damaged products. Before returning any product purchased from our website, please contact our head office by email at email@example.com for return information. We do not take any responsibility for mislabeled, misshipped or lost products if a product is returned without head office being contacted first.
All earrings are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
We do not take any responsability for lost or misdelivered packages.
Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
You have 7 days following the date of delivery to request a return for regularly priced items bought online. If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact one of our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the original payment.
Proof of payment must accompany each product at time of return.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
